Just a quick question as I have never flown them before...

I decided to do the early bird check in for our flight home for Christmas since we are leaving from a larger airport than we are arriving in, and we got A21 - A24. My two year old got the first number. Is this going to be an issue? Can we all board together or so i have to send the kids in separately?

For our connecting flight, we got A27 - A30, again, with my two year old getting the first number.

With these numbers, does it mean, for example, that we are the 27th to board the plane?

You are overthinking this Yes you board in chronological order but it is just a line. If your toddler goes first you will literally be right behind him. You can always board after your number, just not before.

Yay! That's what I thought, but then I wasn't sure. I know southwest doesn't ask for ages, so that got me second guessing myself.
