I live well over an hour away from the airport, so a towncar to my home would be a little more expensive than I'd like.
I agree American has gotten totally out of hand since Air Tran left last Nov. I flew Spirit this past May and got a great deal ($148.00 before carry on fees). I did carry on only. I also paid the $100.00 r/t to upgrade to the Big Front seats. Even with the bag fees and the seat upgrade Spirit was still alot cheaper than American or Southwest, who were both well over $400.00. I'm flying Spirit again in Sept and got another good deal of $148.00 r/t again. Both Spirit flights were nonstop. I like getting to Orlando in 2 1/2 hours.

I'm still looking for airfare for our Oct/Nov trip, but haven't found anything I'm willing to pay yet. I was sure hoping Southwest would go down, even though I hate that they can't fly nonstop to MCO.
