Very confused
My airfare went down & I tried to change it online. Got an error message, so I called SW to see what was going on. The woman told me because I had changed it once before, I couldn't change it again.
I told her I have done this many times in the past & didn't know what she was talking about. She stated it is part of their new policy. You can only change your reservation ONCE. I said "So if the fare keeps going down, I'm out of luck?" Her response was she couldn't help me.
