Just wanted to update for anyone in the future who may have a similar situation and utilizes the search function.
When we got to the airport, we curb checked our luggage and the employee who took care of our luggage got David his boarding pass. He did ask his age and then just printed one up (C). We went through security fine, or as fine as we could with the mess of stuff we had
We were allowed to pre-board the whole family (2 adults, a 6 year old, and a 2 year old) with no problem.
On the return journey, I checked us all in (David too) from my palm pilot at the parks at 11:22 AM (for an 11:20 flight the next day). We all got A passes, but we were already number 11, 12, 14, and 15 (I stopped to watch something quickly in between 12 and 14) 2 minutes after the appropriate time! I stopped at the concierge desk on my way back to the room last night and had them print up the passes. Worked like a charm. They pre-boarded families with young children anyway at MCO going home. Easy! Thanks guys!
