Ok, looking to see how on earth I can use my SW rapid rewards to book a flight on air tran. Wish SW flew out of Grand Rapids, but they don't, and we don't want to go to Detroit. So do I call to do it? I know they just sent out emails about the fact that the rewards programs were now merged. I have some A+ rewards as well. So wondered how all of this will work!
