Southern Select Villas?

Okay folks, help me out here! I've just been offered a really good deal on a 4br pool home in the Florida Pines subdivision, down Rt. 27. We're comfortable with the distance, thinking it will be comparable to our Sandy Ridge stay in Dec. I've never heard of the company letting it until this afternoon, though: Southern Select Villas. All seems to be on the up and up, but I'd feel much better if I heard from my fellow disers. Anyone rented from them before? TIA!
