Just booking and would like feedback. I haven't seen alot of information on them. Please share your experience.

USed them in January and they were great. Will use them again when we head to Florida.

We had a great experience with them last March! I highly recommend them.

We've used them four times, and they're our first choice for future trips. We had no problems at all. And they don't automatically include the tip, which is very important to me. A tip is a gift for great service, and I don't like when service professionals "take" their own tip automatically from me. SE let's ME be the judge of that. And we've always tipped them very generously, because they deserved it! Hooray for Southern Elegance

By the way, I had to speak to them on the phone, and their representatives worked with me for my special needs...they were kind, honest, and friendly.

I just booked with them. After seaching several boards, I have not been able to find anything negative. I really appreciate your input

Won't ever use them.... They engaged in false advertising not to long ago by claiming that based on some poll that practially no one voted on they were voted the best transport company by the Disboard members. (and then sent a troll over here to post how wonderful they are) I figure if you have to resort to that to get endorsements there is a reason.

We used them in December and had a wonderful experience with them. I felt they went above and beyond in one area. Both drivers we had were professional and friendly. Both cars (one lime and one town car) were in great shape.

We used Southern Elegance last week and also this past November. Nothing but good experiences with them. Would definetly use them again.

On our recent trip, our plane to MCO was delayed 2 hours due to fog. I was worried we would lose our town car reservation to the Port Canaveral area. When we arrived in Orlando, we found our driver in baggage claim and all went well. We were so happy not to be stranded.

We are using them in three weeks and I have heard nothing but good things about them.

I used them for the third time last week and I was very happy with the service. I've used most of the town car companies that are mentioned on this board but I've gotten the best service from southern elegance.
