Southern Caribbean 2019 - for those staying at Caribe Hilton

...probably a good idea to check or confirm your reservation. After reading a post on our FB cruise page, I noticed that the reservation was gone from my Honors account. Hilton confirmed that reservation had been cancelled. Hotel home page also updated and mentions of a December re-opening date have been removed

Wow Were you notified from Hilton. What sailing are you doing? I hope you find a new hotel. We are trying Hotel Miramar for our one night before the cruise at the end of November. I usually stay with Hilton or Marriott but didn't want to waste points on a sleep over since we get late afternoon. Good luck! And thanks for the heads up for anyone booked at that resort.

No, not officially notified - until I called in and it was confirmed then. Now Hilton has been upgrading their system in the last few weeks and things have been problematic since then On a late January itinerary (Jan.27-Feb 3). Was able to book an alternative (Curio), but using a few more points... For those at the Condado, the hotel remains open but the official reopening is delayed until Spring so some services are still not operational...
