soups/salads an app?

If you have the dining plan...... it doesn't specifically state whether soups/salads are considered as an APP in the plan... does anyone know?

One would assume that a soup/salad is an APP but i'm not sure what Disney thinks.

It's up to the restaurant but AFAIK the only time it wouldn't be included would be salads that are entrées.

Soups that are entrees (like the Portugese Stew at Spoodles) would also be excluded.

If the soup or salad is listed in the appetizer section of the menu, it is included. If it is listed in the entree section, then it counts as an entree.

Most places, it is an appetizer.

As we are leaving in 12 days, and like to have salad with our entrees.
