Sort of Scary Driver Incident

I was stopped behind another car at a very long red light. There was no cross traffic. The car ahead of me was signaling for a right turn. I finally tapped my horn - just once and very lightly. The driver ahead motioned me to pull alongside so I figured he was having a problem with his car. He began swearing and screaming as did the woman with him. I got out of there as fast as I could looking for a policeperson (no luck) as I assume he was too impaired to be driving safely. What gets into people?

Last week I had a motorcycle follow me in the car at 1 in the morning on tuesday. He was along side me when i sped up, slowed down, and cut me off and STOPPED right in front of me. I popped a u-turn, he did the same. There was NO ONE around. I called the cops and he stopped after a few minutes. It was rather freaky.
