Because I have never considered HB vouchers, I have never read the threads before .

I know I could go back and read all the threads, but I want to book a hotel this morning and then this afternoon I am going away for a couple of days, so I'm sort of in a hurry.

Could I prevail on your good natures and ask for your help?

I intend to eat at the Steakhouse, Walts, Inventions and California Grill during a 4 night stay.

I work out that with shareholders discount this would cost about:

Steakhouse £38.25
California Grill £62.90
Inventions £66.98
Walts £38.67

So which sort of HB vouchers should I consider?
If I buy the premium ones, does that cover the cost in all the restaurants I want to eat in? If not, how much more do I have to pay? How much do the vouchers cost?
If I buy the HB Plus, how much would that cost and how much more would I have to pay?

Sounds like a lot of questions...sorry.:flower3:

- Inventions would be free with HB Premium, because it's a buffet.

- Steakhouse at that price would be covered, as would Walts as the HB premium vouchers are worth about €40-something.

- If that california grill price is off the set mensu, then that would also be covered completely. If not, then you'd be left with about €20 to pay once you subtract the €40-something from the 60 you've given.

I can't remember then terms on the HB plus at the moment - I'll have a look and think tonight if nobody gets back to you on it (which I'm sure they will).

we had half board plus in summer and it was great.

However for the restaurants you want to book in you will be better getting half board premium

Im not sure how much they cost - I'll try and find my brochure as it says in there

Go for premium!!!

You'll be paying like £35 per voucher and that will cover you for all the meals you have listed so will definitely save you lots of ££! :)

Half board premium costs £31 per adult and £11 per child. Have you calculated your prices to include drinks?

Halfboard Standard are £13 Adult / £6 Child
HB Plus are £18/£8
HB Premium are £31/£11 (44e/15e)

HB Premium would be the ones you should go for as you would be eating at the 'higher end' places.

If the face value of the adult premium is 44e, what is the face value of the child premium?

Thanks for all the help. I feel like the naughty girl who didn't do her homework and copies off her friends on the way to school. :rotfl:

I'm off to the phone to see what I can get for the budget I have mentally allowed myself ( so it's probably the Santa Fe then)
