If one more person tells me my son will be too young to go to Disney when we take him I am going to scream (he'll be 2 years old). I know that's not to young and even if it was isn't it up to us and not anyone else??????????? I mean it's not like we're going to take him on TOT or anything like that!!

Oh I can't stand when people say that. If you are clueless and don't know how to "do" Disney then it may be too young, but if you do know how to "do" it right, it's a great time!!

My 2yo is just as excited as the rest of the family and I think it is the best age to go because they are so full of wonder.

I wish people would mind their own business...why do they care?

I also cannot stand the people that hear you are going and tell you all about their horrible experience there and how they will never go back. I usually say to them, "good, more room for me".

My son was 21 months on his first trip and had a blast! A did get a few people saying that we should wait because he wouldn't remember it. I just ignored them. I know the comments can drive you crazy, but you will have an amazing time. Enjoy your trip!

My son was 2 on his 3rd Disney trip. We took him at 8 months and then 18 months.

We also took him at 26 months.

So you would never hear me say that oh and we are taking our Godson in August along with his parents and he will be 8 months.

We took my youngest DS to DL at 18 months, DW twice so far at 2. We are going in May and again in July... He'll still be 2. He asks everyday to go to "Mimmie's House" (Mickey's House)!

Have a great trip and take lots of pictures... You may be surprised what a 2yr old will remember once they're older.

We've taken my younger son (who is 2 now) 3 times already. My older son (5) does have memories of enjoying the trip and had such a wonderful time when he was little. I can't imagine waiting until they got older - we'd miss out on so many fun, cute memories and wonderful times!

We could not afford to go to WDW when our boys were litte, I so wish we had been able to. My youngest was 9 when we finally made the trip but it was lacking somewhat being that he knew the charactors were just people inside. We did the rides in fantasyland, but I know if he had been younger, the memories would have been very different.

Don't let others comments bother you......go and have the time of your life , kids grow up so fast.

We took our daughter the first time when she was 2, she had a great time. We had a great time. Little kids can go on almost all the attractions, ours was brave enough to meet characters. Plus the memories for you will be great. Think about all the people who miss out on their little ones going, waiting until their kids are 7,8,9. Prime Magic time to me is under 7. However we've taken our girl 3 time and she's loved each one.

-Who gives anybody the rite to tell you where to vacation with YOUR family?

- Obviously you are looking to make some precious memories with your little one, and that's all that counts!

-I cannot think of a better place to take such a small child on vacation..I mean Hello, it's Disney!!!!!!!! Or perhaps the adult environment of a sophisticated resort in Dubai will do them better?

I keep hearing, you go every year, they wont' remember it.... who cares, we have a ball and I have more fun than they do(well as much fun ) I initially took my girls at age 5 and 2 1/2 thinking the 5 year old was "perfect" age.... well my 2 1/2 year old came back a walking disney world commercial and my husband was like, oh, you have to take them again!!!

Lucky for you, wish my girls were 2 again!!! Have the time of your life!

The memories you will make will be priceless for you. I believe you can never be too old or young to go to Disney. I guess the people who say those things to you never do fun or special things with their kids when they are under 3 because they will not remember it. My brother said the same thing when we took our DS3 and DS18moths to WDW. Well, we went, boys loved it, and this Dec we're taking then for their 3rd trip, b/c they love it almost as much as I do!

I only can repeat what I wrote before. A few years ago at Disneyland Paris at New Years Eve,freezing cold,midnight, I was standing next to a very young couple.
They had a tiny baby warm and cosy packed in a stroller. I asked the mommy how old the bay was and she proudly told me one week.
The parent were o so proud,the child did nut suffer any cold and they had wonderful evening.
I'm sure this baby will not remember this evening but the parents will always smile thinking back I'm sure

I want to know where all these people who think 2 is too young for Disney DO think you should vacation! Because I don't know anywhere else you can spend all day playing, eating, & having fun plus only have to put the kids in/out of car seats once. And a bonus - they sleep from before you get back to the room until you're ready to leave the next morning! I love taking my preschoolers to WDW, can you tell??

So far, my favorite trips were when my boys were 2.

For my oldest - he turned 2 1 week before the trip. I was determined the first thing we had to do was meet Mickey. I wanted him to be the first character he saw. We went to DHS and were headed to find Mickey. I was even trying to sheild him from seeing the characters that are out under the hat first thing in the morning because I wanted him to meet Mickey first. Well, he spotted Minnie along the way. He stopped, looked at her and took off running as fast as he could. He cut off one couple -they stopped short, so did he - he took his hand and pushed them aside and took off again. We couldn't catch him. He bypassed the line and ran right into her hugging her legs. Of course we had to pull him away since it wasn't his turn, but I will never forget that moment.

For my youngest, He was 2 and 3 months. He had a facination with Minnie. This was his second trip (first was on his 1st birthday - another awesome trip!). We were at Chef Mickey's and he was scared of the caracters. He would watch them from Daddy's lap, but wouldn't go near them. Then Minnie came to our table and he lit up, jumped out of Daddy's lap and ran to her. He had a shirt on that had a picture of minnie on it and said "My first true love". My oldest was showing Minnie his little brother's shirt. Minnie went crazy over it, showing everyone and just gushing. Then she signed his autograph book "To my first true love. Love Minnie Mouse".

The boys may not remember these specific moments, but they remember going, they had a blast while we were there, they talk about it all the time and they can't wait to go back. Just the other day, DS3 was watching toy story and in the beginning, when they show the castle before the movie starts, he was yelling to his brother "We get to see the castle again! We get to see the castle again!" And we have priceless memories.

I say they are all just jealous!!! We have taken our daughter to WDW 4 times already and she was only 9months old the first time we brought her and we have loved every trip since then. It is fun to see the different reactions to everything each time you go back as they get older...... Have a GREAT trip!!!

I wish I would've taken my boys when they were smaller. We started going when they were 4 and 5.

The thing that gets me is when people (i.e. my parents) are appalled that we want to go back next year...don't you just love the old "Don't you want to go see something else?!"
