I've heard people say, wait until they're 6 or 7 and will remember it. my answer is: if you can only do things with your kids when you are SURE they will remember, you might as well do nothing with them for the first 4-5 years of their life!
If you can only take vacation when you're SURE to remember everything, then my parents should not have taken me to WDW since age 4. I should never have started taking my kids and I should still be staying home at 41!
