but, if I have a reservation booked under a Bounceback Offer, can I add Free Dining to the package? ... I believe the answer is No, but I just wanted to be sure ... thanx for your help ...

No, you have to pick one discount or the other. Free Dining requires paying full price for your room and a minimum ticket purchase.
