In the planning packet... it askes for your restaurant choice and ps time.... along with credit card number...

Does your coordinator set up your ps for you? Has anyone had any problems with this - where they had to call WDW-DINE on their own to set it up....? Also why do they need my credit card number - is there a service charge/ or is that incase of no show?

Our coordinator did arrange our PS for us which worked better since we had a larger group (13) and with her doing it we were able ot have everyone seated together around our approximate reservation time. Had we called and set it up on our own we were told we would be separated (ok so I tried before I asked our coordinator to do it)

They ask for credit card to hold the seats and to charge you if you do not show up. Many of the restaurants are doing that now.

Our coordinator set up our lunch for 13 and need the CC number but it was not charged.

Just to warn you....be sure that the day before you hit 90 days out, you call your coordinator and make sure they plan to make your priority seating. They took our info and due to a "mistake" never made our priority seating. Basically, we are out of luck. We had to pick a new restaurant which is now double the cost. They made the new reservation and it will all work out in the end. It just wouldn't hurt for you to put in a reminder call at the 90 day mark.

Oohh! Thats terrible Tink. :( Thanks for the warning. If you dont mind me asking where was it you originally booked for?
