On wdwmagic.com, there are some new photos up of the hat in MGM. You can see a little of what they are doing. Looks 'magical' (from what you can see! )

The Sorcerer's Hat is a neat icon and the changes are looking good too - but I STILL think that it is in a LOUSY location!!! Seems plopped down in the middle of no where in particular.
