Sorcerer pass renewal

Curious to know if anybody has experience with this but my partner and I are both owners. We have different permanent addresses at this time but will be moving to Orlando (yay) for a few years for work and have the same address. Currently my partner and her sister have the same permanent address so her sister is eligible to buy a sorcerer pass. My question is if we buy and activate her sister's pass before she moves, will her sister continue to be able to renew the sorcerer pass? I'm pretty certain she won't be able to but just thought I'd ask if anyone has experience with this.

Once the sister doesn’t live with the owner she will not be eligible to renew.
