We have annual passes and will be at Disney World this weekend. Each time we go to MGM we forget to get our daughters pictures made with Sorcerer Mickey. I would love to go to MGM just for this purpose sometime this weekend. Is there a better time than another to go for this? Thanks so much for your help!

It's probably going to be tough to find someone who has been there at a sufficient variety of times to comment on when it might be busy or not. I suspect you can follow the typical rule of "the earlier, the better."

We visited with Mickey around 1pm in January (off season), and the wait was about 30 people (maybe 10 groups) deep. That was probably one of the busier times of the day. I've walked past the building other times and rarely seen more than a couple of groups waiting for Mickey.

The building itself is laid out nothing like the Judge's Tent. It's basically one room with a waiting queue. From the time you walk in the front door, you can see Mickey taking photos with other groups. It's just a matter of waiting a few minutes for your turn.

Early in the morning, just before closing or during a parade. At those times, kids are usually non-existant or occupied.

Thanks so much! I hadn't thought of doing that during the parade. We have seen that twice this year so we can go have pictures made during that time. Thanks so much for your help!!!
