Sopranos - TONIGHTS THE NIGHT!!!

Same here! :cool1:

I've been watching the Sopranos countdown on-demand waiting for the new season

OMG, it's about freakin' time! My Dh has been watching their countdown on On Demand...we are soooo ready!

Thanks for reminding me. I have to call DirecTV and pick up HBO again. I ONLY have HBO during Sopranos' season!

I'm not a big fan of the show *gasp* but DH is and he's PUMPED for the new season!

You know I'm ready! I can't believe it's been two years!

POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD FOR THOSE NOT CAUGHT UP FROM TWO YEARS AGO!

I watched last night's episode, when Tony B. gets wacked. I ended up really liking him, I felt so sorry for him. He tried to stay clean and legit and he just couldn't do it.

Anyone have a favorite episode from that run?

Mine would have to be when they wacked Adrianna. I mean, you knew it was going to happen, I just didn't expect them to show it like that! :scared:

I am so excited for this!! In fact I talked my best friend into getting cable so we can have "Soprano Parties", shes already went out and bought the Sopranos cookbook!

Oh...and here's another spoiler for the new episodes:

I work with a girl who just moved from the area where "Satriales" was. She said HBO is done with that building and it's now up for sale. So something must happen that they won't need to shoot from there anymore.

Who "owned" Satriales anyway? I don't mean in real life, I mean on the show! Was it a jointly owned by Tony Soprano and the crew or what?

I just started watching this year. I have HBO and I have now seen all the seasons. I love the show!!!! I got my brother-in-law hooked on the show too. I can't wait till March 12th.

My DH is very excited for Sopranos I am going to have to watch on demand to remember it's been so long

Did any other Sopranos' fans catch this real life story from a few weeks ago?

'Bada Bing' Bust at 'Sopranos' Location
Friday, February 10, 2006
By Todd Venezia

A New Jersey go-go lounge made famous as the location for "The Sopranos" Bada Bing club became linked to a real-life mob drama Thursday, when prosecutors announced the strip joint's manager was swept up in one of the biggest illegal gambling dragnets in state history.

More than 50 members of the alleged scheme were charged as part of a massive bookmaking operation controlled by reputedGenovese crime family associate Robert "Elvis" D'Alessio, Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli said.

The two-month probe led to the seizure of six guns, piles of cocaine and marijuana, half a dozen cars and $3 million in New Jersey, New York and Florida.

"As an example of the size of this illegal enterprise, over $1 million per week in illegal wagers were being placed, and an average of $500,000 per week was being paid out and/or collected by D'Alessio and his co-conspirators," Molinelli said.

D'Alessio, 52, of Montville was charged with first-degree money-laundering and promoting gambling.

Also busted was Victor Cannestro, 36, who prosecutors said is the manager of the Satin Dolls club in Lodi.

Cannestro, who reportedly goes by the nickname "Vic the Suit," could not be reached for comment.

Blondie, I really don't this that HBO selling Satriales would mean that something must happen there. All HBO needs is a couple exterior shots of the storefront and the interiors are filmed at Silvercup Studio (I think that's the name). You may be right - that something does happen to Satriales but your deductions aren't necessarily accurate.

Okay, I stand corrected. Next time I'll put in a disclaimer that it's just my deduction, and does not reflect the deductions or opinons of anyone at HBO, including David Chase et al. :lmao: :confused3

Why the sarcasm, :confused3 I was just stating that one act doesn't necessarily have to do with the other. and BTW your disclaimer doesn't sound like a bad idea

What was the last episode to air last season?

Was it the one that was just on Sunday night? (the one where Tony B is killed)

I just want to make sure I've seen all the old ones before the new ones start.

We have the countdown in OnDemand but I don't think it has all the episodes.

Thanks for the help.
