I apologize if this breaks the boards rule about politics, but this needs to be posted to a wide audience. It could directly affect these boards, from what I understand it would make the Dis liable for any copyright content we post. Including LINKS to youtube videos. He's Mike Mozart, as far as credentials go, he doesn't really have any. Hes a toy designer. But that doesn't change what he is trying to say. If this bill passes, the effects on the internet would be terrible. I'm certainly not trying to advocate piracy, but censorship of the internet is not the answer. Im just trying to get the word out.

It doesn't change what he's trying to say, but how do you know it's accurate? Yes, if what he says is true, it can be really bad, but how do I know it's true if he has no credentials? Where is he getting his information from?

He shows a couple links in the description, if you google the names he mentions all the information shows up. Several sites that i have read prior to finding the video back up what he says. He also provides screenshots throughout the video.
