Soooooooooooooo bummed!!! Great PIN, can't use

Got THE most fantastic PIN (for me) to date yesterday - Free Dining for most stays in early 2013.

There's just no way we can use it (for a number of reasons) and I'm sooooooooo disappointed!

Do they typically only send one fantastic PIN like this, or can I remain hopeful that we'll get another at a more travel-convenient time for our family??

I wouldn't count Disney out as that being your only pin! That is awesome! Hope you get one that you can use..........

Would you mind sharing the dates that this pin covers? Thank you in advance!

Actually it's two PINS and because of someone else's posting I realized we may be able to use the other PIN for almost as good a deal. But that's another question altogether.

The PIN I posted about - free dining plan reads:

"Enjoy a FREE dining plan when you pruchase a non-discounted 5-night/6-day Walt Disney Travel Company room and ticket package at select Disney Resort hotels.

For arrivals most nights 1/2-3/7-2013

Book know through 2/16-13"

The other PIN on the postcard is for up to 35% off at select Disney Resort Hotels for stays most nights 1/2-3/24, 4/21-5/22, and 8/11-9/28/2013.
If I use that PIN - am I not allowed to get the dining plan????

If you use the 35% off, you can add the dining plan. I think the 35% off is of the room only. You can add whatever tickets and dining plan you would like and pay for them. I might be wrong.......someone please correct me if I am! But, from hearing from others, that 35% off is off the room portion of your trip. Hope that helps! Yeah, it sounds like the "room only" part - I just didn't know if you can add the dining plan if you do that - am I making sense? Because I haven't nailed it all out but it would seem almost like the same savings, just calling it something else.

I just did a mock-up and it's a difference of $151.40 between the two packages, the free dining one being the less expensive. But really, it's such a small amt that it is, to me, the same offer.

The difference being, if I am granted the vacation week I wanted (should find out today), we can actually use the up to 35% off PIN (for the August dates)

That is GREAT news!!! I hope you get your week off! I love getting the dining plan. Even if we come out close to "even" - I like not worrying about how much I am spending........
