Sooooooooooo excited!!!

I'm posting this b/c this is where people get it- the excitement of going to the world. We are only a short 4 days until we leave for a trip of firsts: first summer trip to the world, first summer trip as DVC members, first stay at BCV, our first stay at Pop, and our first split stay (Pop, BCV and AKV-Kidani- our home resort!) We will get on the road Friday, after our 2 DS's get home from there last day of school, to begin our long drive from Northern Indiana. We are planning on driving until midnight, finding a cheap hotel, getting up early to finish the drive and hopefully get to the Pop around 2:00 or so on Saturday. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!

Very excited for you! Big diffrence Between Pop and DVC! Split stays are easy but even easier since your driving and have your own vehicle.

Thanks! We thought about it and thought about it, but decided to try it. Last October we just stayed at Kidani, but wanted to try another resort. We also didn't want to use points for our first night stay, seeing as we didn't know what time we would actually get there, so that is why booked Pop (only $114 with taxes). We'll see how it actually all goes down. The best thing is, we aren't worried about anything, just going to enjoy everything!

Started in 1990 and 2004 as DVC, still a first time feeling. DVC has made it even better then first time. Our kids were 15 and 13 and I enjoyed it more then them. Welcome Home
