So we leave from Nebraska super early the 14th. We are driving to Cresent City(Redwood) for a couple days then down to Sequioa, over to DL staying Hilton for three days before going to Yuma to see my grandparents. We did this trip a few years back minus DL but we went through the grand Canyon and Vegas. I am starting to plan our 2 days at DL and it looks like we are going during spring break! :rotfl: i did ridemax but i am not sure if we should do opening at Dl one day and DCA the other or DL both???? Will the do more firework shows that week or will we miss it because we wont be there on a weekend? TIA!

another question, I am in a wheelchair, is there a list of accessible rides or not so accessible?

I highly recommend getting to DL's opening both days (8AM) because it will be crowded and the morning is the best time to do DL. DCA is easier to be done in the afternoon because it is always less crowded than DL. Then hop back to DL for the evening.

Fireworks will be shown nightly because of the high predicted crowd levels. Looking at the website the hours are the typical high crowd hours (DL: 8-12 and DCA:10-10).

Check this page for wheelchair accessibility:http://disneyland.disney.go.com/disneyland/en_US/help/gsDetail?name=MobilityDisabilityGSDetailPage

However one little point, if you want to experience Finding Nemo: Submarine Voyage, ask for the special wheelchair viewing room. It's not listed on that site, but you get to view the scenes from the ride, without having to get into the actual subs.

will do that! Thanks so much!!!!!! :thumbsup2

Definatley go to DL both mornings. If you can be in the park at rope drop both mornings, the better it will be. Are you able to transfer? That makes a difference with the rides. Some are completely able to accept the whellchair (Pirates, HMansion and more ) others you will have to get out of the wheelchair

I am pretty sure that is only at the Main Street Station. Take a look at the link provided by DLR29 again. Under "Wheelchair Accessible" it lists the Railroad at all other stations. If you click on each stations link it tells you how to board the train.

Have a great trip.

just curious...where at in nebraska are you?

Yes, this is correct because the only way to access the train at the Main Street Station is by going up some stairs. No elevators, but at all 3 of the other stations, there are no stairs to climb.

I live about an hour from Crescent City.... let me know if you need any info on the Redwoods/Crescent City area. It is one of our favorite places to hang out for the day;)
