Sooo bummed out!!!

Was all excited about a trip to WDW for June 30 to July 4 with family and daughter's new boyfriend this summer, was ready to call and book it when Husband tells me that the bonus that I was going to use to put doen the deposit is not coming until the end of Feb. I'm afraid we won't get 2 rooms at the Sports if I have to wait. Have no extra funds laying around to to college tuition.

You shouldn't have to pay the entire balance in full right off the bat, right, just one night deposit?

Maybe check into that Disney credit card thing where you get 6 months with no interest to pay for vacations over a certain amount (not sure what the amount is). That would buy you some time. Plus they are always offering gifts for signing up.

wow, your husband wouldn't be working for a certain company in Boston, would he? My husband came home with the exact same news tonight, end of February for him too. I am totally dependent on that for our April trip!

The end of February is just six weeks away. Could you use a credit card for the deposit now? Or know someone that would let you use their card? The charge won't show up until the February statement anyway so if you put the money from the bonus towards the credit card bill, it would be a wash for the month of February.

Why don't you try asking them for an extension? When I changed my ressies to another date I didnt know I had to pay extra for my deposit of one nite. They called me and gave me an extra time. Its worth a try!

As far as I know, they count 14 consecutive days, including weekends.
