Been reading the many posts about those NOT staying at FW, but come in anyway to use the 'facilities'. We will be at FW for Halloween this year, and I'm bummed now since it sounds like it will be a fiasco ! I'm sure it will be crowded enough with the legitimate people staying at the Fort, but if others are coming over from other resorts, or even just those who live closeby, to take part,,,,that just doesn't seem right.
We didn't want to pay the extra $$ for the official Halloween party at MK and had planned on returning from the parks early afternoon for some Fort fun and trick-or-treat....but now rethinking that
We wanted this to be a nice, "special" change for Halloween....not an exercise in futilty.
Maybe one of the 'other' parks would be a better idea. If they (Disney) they were losing $$$ because of this, maybe they would wake up and smell the coffee....
