I think I want a backpack style one. Everyone tells me these are the best bags for travling. I have one other lens (75-300) that I want to fit in the bag. I was looking at Deluxe Digital SLR Camera/Camcorder Sling Backpack for this. Also can someone reccomend a smallish bag that my camera and its 18-55 lens will fit in? I hate having to take my big bag when Im not going to use my other lens.

I'm a little confused, are you looking for one or two bags, one for everything travel and a smaller one just for your camera and attached lens? Do you have any other equipment to carry, ie, external flash, tripod, etc.?

two- a little one for days I just need my camera and small lens
and a big one for when I need the other lens, tripod, and all the extras (you know like when I go hiking)

Because you only have the two lenses and both are relatively small, you probably get away with a Lowepro 100 size backpack, something like the fastpack or a slingshot. If you want to carry the tripod there are ways to use velcro straps to secure it to the bag. My travel tripod fits in the mesh water bottle holder on my fastpack 200. The 100 size is small so you could probably get away with just the one bag. Just a thought.
