"Now"

Now

Now when it rains I don't feel cold
Now that I have your hand to hold
The winds might blow through me
But I don't care
There's no harm in thunder if you are there

And now

Now when we touch my feelings fly
Now when I'm smiling I know why
You light up my world like the morning sun
You're so deep within me we're almost one

And now

All the fears that I had start to fade
I was always afraid love might forget me
Love might let me down
Then look who I found

(The winds might blow through me, but I don't care
There's no harm in thunder if you are there)

And now,

Now when I wake there's someone home
I'll never face the nights alone
You gave me the courage I need to win
To open my heart and to let you in
And I never really knew how until now

No, I never really knew how until now

Until now.....

(This is the last song Karen Carpenter ever recorded, and she did it in one take.) 😔

Baby Come Back--Equals

There ain't no use in you crying
'Cause I'm more hurt than you
I shoulda not been out flirting
But now my love is true

Three Times A Lady- The Commodores:

Thanks for the times that you've given me
The memories are all in my mind
And now that we've come to the end of our rainbow
There's something I must say out loud

You're once, twice, three times a lady
And I love you

Simply amazing that this vid wasn’t erased and re used as was common practice of the BBC at the time. 😎

When I saw the name of the song I thought it was this:

I'm not sure what you mean.
The video you posted of The Equals was a recording of an appearance they made on a show called “ Top of the Pops” which was recorded and shown on BBC, the British TV channel. Based on the fashions I’d guess it was made in the mid ‘60s and by then BBC had begun re-recording over tapes to save on storage space. A lot of performances and interviews were lost.

Ahhh, I see what you mean. Yes, mid 60's on Top of the Pops. I was unaware of the over recording. That was nuts. Buy more tapes not that costly.

Thanks for clarifying.
