Song Title - Please!

I can't figure out where to put this question, so I'll stick it here and apologize if it's the wrong place.

When I was put on hold whilst taking to Disney, a song played that I really thought was cute. I asked the operator the name, but she can't hear the tunes.

Anyhoo, it has the words "what is this" repeated a lot. It sounds like maybe the "bad guy" is singing. Any help? I can't get the whole "what is this" phrase out of my head!
