Is that song sung by Heather Headly? You can go the musicnotes.com and order the lyrics, some are even downloadable.
I just did a search for sheet music, and a ton of sites came up.

Yes, the song by Heather Headly was the one I was looking
for. Someone was able to get me the lyrics. The song is going
to be used for graduation for the elementary school I work
at. Can't wait to hear the kids sing that song!
