I have flights with Song that have gone down 200. How do I go about getting a voucher? Will I have to pay a change fee?

Call them ASAP. You will have a change fee probably, but it will likely be worth it.

BTW, what are your dates and flights? I will check to see if any of my flights came down.

I did this last week. My flights only came down about $15 tho. But, I figured I could use every little bit for our flight in Nov. So, they told me I could cancel existing flight and get a total credit, minus the change fee of $25 and rebook (I think I got that right) or I could get a voucher to use on a future flight. There was no charge. But, I had to actually call them on the phone to book my next flight using the vouchers. I much prefer to book online.

I called Delta when the prices on our seats for Song went down $24 each. They looked it up, took the info. and emailed me the 4 vouchers. I asked if they could just credit my credit card, but because the seats are non-refundable, they could not do that. Only problem is each person has to use their own voucher - one person couldn't use all 4 for a trip. I think they are good from 1 year from date of issue. Hey, it was better than nothing!
