Son looking for WDW Chef

Is there any way to find out if a person is still employed at WDW? A friend is trying to find out how to contact his father.

We have tried some of the 'find people' web searches with no luck. We know the name, state .... not much more realy. Any advice?

Appreciate any help. Could be a good exscuse for me to get to goto DISNEY!!!

finny thing was I did post a reply, or TRIED, to Jasons reply. It was long and I went off. But I hit the wrong key and lost it. I took it as a sign to let it go. But I do want to say two things:

- By posting a reply you are getting involved. It's that simple.
- I came her because this is the only board I have ever realy been involved with. And the guy's Dad works at WDW as a Chef, or did.

Thanks for the site to check. I miss ya'll! But life is funny and things change. I used to goto WDW up to 2 times a year. Now I wouldnt be surprised if I could never afford it again. But that's OK, I may be 'finacialy challenged' but am still HAPPY. My friend is homeless and has a better outlook on things than most in alot better shape. I like his smile and kind heart. Just wanted to help him if I could.

Quick way to find out if he is still there is to call resort (if he is at resort) and ask to speak to "Chef ******".

Most of time when phone is answered in kitchen, they will tell you he's not here now (still works there), hold on (still works there), he no longer works here or he is now at Resort X. It is amazing what people will tell you. I can guarantee personnel will not tell you anything because they are trained in these matters, but Joe Blow Employee will usually tell you everything.

It might be worth a shot and 1 long distance call is a lot cheaper than a skip trace.

Thanks Disneyeveryyear. But he does not have any idea where he 'Chefs' at. Just Disney World.

He found the birthdate so that may help us. No big deal. I know that I will be able to figure this out. If we cant now, we will try one of the numerous online 'find people' sites that we will pay for.

But with the sites I have tried I had no promising results. When putting in minimal information about myself I can get enough results to know the site works.

I know this is a silly question. Have you tried calling information? At least, if he has a listing that is either unlisted or non-published you know that you are on the right track.
