Son celebrating 7th birthday

My son was very sick last year and in the hospital for his bday, so we want to do something special this year for his 7th, which happens to be on Easter. Any advice as to what we should do while there for his big day?

Whatever he wants (within reason)!!! He is only 7 once (well actually 365 times)
