We are not attending the party but have read they let guests in costume in at 4 pm. We would like to ask a guest in costume to get us a party card. Do they give out party cards before the official party start at 7 pm if you are attending the party?

Well, you don't have to be in costume to get the card, just have a party wristband. I think they do give them out before 7, but I'm not sure how far in advance they will do so.

Thank you so much, it will be so weird to go up to a stranger and ask if they will get us party cards, but it is our only hope.
