Today I was helping a group in the back of the classroom and one of the girls (7th grade) says to me "How old are you like 25?" -- I said ooh I love you and she goes "So you are like what?...30?" Now I'm bear hugging her!! Another kid goes nooooo she just had a birthday she is in her 40's and they all go -- You don't look that old at all. I think some candy will be in order for tomorrow.
Sometimes I just LOVE my students!!
