Something weird you hate doing?

Eating with stainless steel utensils. I know it sounds weird, but I can't stomach how they feel against my teeth.

I feel the same way about gold plated silverware. Is that an oxymoron? lol I can't stand the way it feels! I have a beautiful set of gold china, and the utensils to match. I can never use it! Everyone else is using the gold ones, and i go get the stainless ones! Also i can't drink out of plastic glasses (there i go again!) lol I have to drink out of glass glasses!

I hate mixing meatloaf or meatballs. Can't stand the feel of the raw ground meat. I will combine all the ingredients in the bowl and DH to squish them together.

Definitely this! I also hate getting my haircut because I don't like when people touch me.

I don't like shopping. I know I'm a girl and it's something im supposed to love but it can be a little overwhelming.

I have M.A.D.D.-- Music Attention Deficit Disorder( totally made up by myself). There are very few songs that I can listen to all the way through. My daughters hate when I am in control of the car radio

Opening those Pillsbury biscuits or croissants in a can. Scares the bejesus out of me every single time. I also hate touching raw chicken, with a white hot fiery passion.

Granted, I take one everyday.....but I hate taking showers. Well, not necessarily TAKING the shower but the whole getting prepared (getting your towels, making sure you have the shampoo/conditioner in the shower, drying off, powder, deodorant, doing my hair, getting dressed, etc) It's just so BLAH and boring and repetitive.

Me too! And I really can't skip out because I go out running several times a week.

I also hate the phone...I get anxiety whenever I have to call for work or even for stuff around the house.

I thought of something else. I have got to where I will drink only with straws.

I pretty much only use them with paper cups. If the restaurant has sturdy cups, I just leave the straw on the table.

I also do not like to touch raw meat. I will not. I use gloves. If we don't have gloves, I will put sandwich bags over my hands. Raw meat creeps me out!

I hate to make salad. I hate it. I know it is simple, but the washing, peeling, cutting...I hate it. I make dh do it now.

ooh I thought of another one. I hate getting up in the morning. I am not a morning person. I hate hearing that alarm clock every day. I am also a night person, so going to bed is not my favorite either. If I could go to bed at about 1am and get up around 8 or maybe 9, I would enjoy morning much more.

So I guess it's not that weird, because a few other posters share my quirks.

I hate talking on the phone, I feel like phone conversations are stilted, I hate not seeing a person's expression when they speak.

Hate hate hate getting my haircut because I hate staring at myself in the mirror and I hate trying to make small talk with a stranger.

And finally, I hate touching raw meat. I will only touch it with forks or I have to be wearing rubber gloves. This goes for all meats, red meat, pork, chicken, ground meats, fish, etc

Taking my eye makeup off. It takes forever, its hard to do, it pulls my eyelashes. Hate!

I saw vacuuming out the car earlier - agree on that. It's so hard and it never fully comes clean it seems like!

Changing batteries in the smoke detector. It can and will go off in my ear just about every time.

Cleaning the floors and my windows. When the sun hits them right, I see everything I missed and I must immediately drop everything and fix it.

iPhone updates. Takes so long and I put it off for months at a time. Same with syncing it to iTunes.

I can probably go on forever with stupid things I hate

OMG, yes. I enjoy a nice hot shower once I'm in it and everything but how did I get to be my age and still manage to miss a spot drying off every single time?

I hate pumping gas. It takes foreeeeever to get the tank full, and then it's empty again a few days later!
