Just read Matt's latest update, he still has another year before he starts University where he plans to spend 3 years studying English possibly with Sociology thrown in, after that he is considering a year post graduate Journalism.
Great but I only understand half of what he writes, its starting to all go over my head

Interesting update on Matt's blog today if any of you have been following him.
He is having an article published in tomorrows Orlando Sentinel.

Here's the text from his blog if you don't want to read it all but it is all quite interesting as he was out and about today, met Ed Balls & others.

"Oh, and news just in – I’ve got an article being published in the Orlando Sentinel tomorrow after sending emails back and forth for a couple of days! I wrote a piece for their “New Voices” column about the final Space Shuttle launch and the effect it may have on small towns such as Titusville; whilst working in some personal experiences too. Pick up a copy!"

Just a little follow on from the Orlando Sentinel article, he got an email today, one of the Editors has invited Matt to have a look around their newsroom and meet some of the Editors & reporters. He is making arrangements to visit in August.

Yes proud & pleased he has found a possible career, upto recently not much indication what he was going to do. He loves writing (and reading) so hopfully he can find a way to make money with his talent.
Upto now he has only been to a couple of local newspapers with around 12,000 weekly circulation, the Orlando Sentinel has about quarter of a million daily, third of a million Sunday circulation so should be a good experience for him.
