Something special for teenage daughter

My 19 year old daughter has been busy planning our once in a lifetime trip to WDW, as you can imagine it is a lot of planning from Australia (we are so excited but have to wait till December to go). My 15 year old daughter is not old enough to do the Segway Tour (my DH & DD19 will do this), so what is something special that I can take my DD15 to do instead?

I arranged a treasure hunt for my DD at that age with gifts of a lifetime.com . Jane is wonderful and the treasure hunt throughout the Magic Kingdom was *amazing* ; no other word for it!!! I still don't know how she pulled off the surprises!!!!

Surfing lessons at TL, if it is open when you go and if it is warm enough.

I also think a spa day would be a nice idea if she is into that. Or hair braiding at the BC hair salon.

How about parasailing in the Seven Seas Lagoon with a great view of the MK and all the monorail resorts? You can book this through Sammy Duvall's Watersports at the Contemporary. I did a tandem ride with my teenage daughter and we both loved it!

I'd definitely do something together at one of the spas. Make the arrangements for the same time as the Segway tour. Then meet up later for a great meal and to exchange stories.

Thankyou so much for your replies - My DD15 is a ballet dancer & would love the spa/tea/hair ideas - we may have to make a day of it instead of just the 2 hours the Segway Tour takes - I'm sure she would love to try parasailing also, although I would need a lot of convincing! Thanks again for your help.

I love the spa and/or tea idea. On a smaller scale (depending...) you could take her to Japan at the World Showcase, and let her choose an oyster with a pearl in it, then have it set into a ring or necklace for her to keep as a really special memento of your trip.

My mother, my 5 yr old dd and I did this on our last trip and the three of us got matching necklaces made to remember our trip by!
