Something special for birthday dinner

We're planning our WDW trip for Nov. We will be there on my (DH38) birthday and looking for something special to do for dinner. Since it's a special occasion money isn't a major factor. DW40, DS10, DD5.

Ideas so far...

California Grill during fireworks
Teppanyaki (already done - looking for something new)
Dinner somewhere downtown/tickets to Cirque du Soleil (maybe too expensive)
Fantasmic dinner package (already planning this for another night)

Any other suggestions would be appreciated!

Out of what you said, i'd definitely pick California Grill. Such a nice setting & great food.

What about Victoria and Albert's...it is $$$ but I have heard it is a real experience. Worth a look see I think. Spoil yourself!

Any other suggestions?? There's got to be tons more things to do along these lines...
