Here are a couple of suggestions:
1. Have dinner at the campgrounds and then walking around and seeing how the guests there decorate their camp sites. We were amazed! They were fantastic. Then you can also go see the animals and go to the stables where they have the horses used in the parades. Stop at Crocket's for a relaxing drink on the porch in a rocking chair!
2. Take a backstage tour - especially Keys to the Kingdom.
3. Take one of the fishing trips. Guaranteed to catch fish! Or rent a mouseboat.
4. Stay away from F&W on the weekend. Crowds start around 4 and get crazy as the day goes on. Monday through Thursday if you get to WS around 12 you can walk up to any booth to purchase food/wine/beer. You could also book one of the special events that will take place. Some are not that expensive.
5. Mini-golf
6. The night of
MNSSHP, book dinner at one of the MK resorts. Explore the resort and then take a boat over to MK instead of the monorail. Great pictures from the water.
7. DTD with shopping and lunch or dinner. DD might really like House of Blues and then Cirque.
There are so many different things that you can do. We always try something new every trip even if it is a restaurant we have tried yet or one we really loved. Great time of year to go.
