Something new and different

Hey there everybody. We (me, DH, DS 11, and DD 9 ) are leaving in 11 days for a week with the mouse I am a former cast member, long term Dis junkie who could go back every week and never get bored. My Dh enjoys our trips but was hoping to find a few different things to do this time. He says he is kind of tired of riding the same attractions and seeing the same things. What is your favorite off the beaten path thing to do at Disney? I don't mind paying extra for it. The one thing we have never done before is Cirque. We will be going this year. Bring on the ideas!! TIA!!

Ride the boats at the resorts....In December of 04 our first time to rent the bikes. I had so much fun riding from WL to FW. Also, WL, PO, and another resort have carriage rides...

What about checking out some of the other resorts like Wilderness Lodge or AKL? Also at FW they have a petting zoo and do campfires at night and you can ride horses I believe or is it just pony rides for the kids? If he likes video games like my DH DQ is pretty awesome too.. Then their is golf too and the water parks..

What about the Segway tour at the WS in EPCOT? You can find out info at allearsnet.com. My husband is excited at the possibility of riding the Segway around the WS. I think most guys like gadgets though...

My DH, DS7, DS11, and DS13 loved parasailing at the CR. DH and DS7 went together and then DS11 and DS13 went..They didn't think it was scary at all..

Why not try fantasia golf or one of the illumination cruises?
We have also done Cirque du Soliel. It was fabulous.

and we (me, Dh and DD13) will be trying out the surfing lessons at TL. None of us have done it (unless you count jumping in the pool while trying to stand up on the air mattress ). We are very excited to be staying at a new (for us) resort, the WL! Have fun everyone!
