something missing in the Haunted Mansion

Once might have been a fluke, twice a couple of weeks apart isn't. Is this just a problem that has yet to be resolved, or something to do with preparing the Haunted Mansion for the holiday overlay?

The audio is completely missing - strange to go through the scene in silence:

"The happy haunts have received your sympathetic vibrations and are beginning to materialize. They're assembling for a swinging wake, and they'll be expecting me. I'll see you all a little later."

I would ask when you get off the ride where the audio was. This happened to us in DW once. We rode Rock & Roller coaster and it had no Aerosmith playing. We asked the CM at the end of the ride, and he let us ride again with no wait. We rode again, and still no audio. We got off and told the CM again and he said that was weird but let us ride again with no wait. Finally we had some music with the ride. It's amazing the diffference sound makes on a ride that always has it. I can't imagine the HM with no audio.

I think it's a technical glitch. The audio track is suppressed during announcements and it's possible it never switched back to "play" properly. Just let a CM know the problem next time it happens.

Once when on the Adventures of Pooh ride, they had turned off the rocking motion for a guest with special needs. When we got off to ride the ride again (my DD loves it), I noticed the car was still not rocking back and forth, so I said something as we were just about to pass the last CM and sure enough, they turned it back on. So it could be they had turned it off to accommodate a certain guest or like others said, maybe just a technical glitch. Definitely mention it to a CM next time.
