I ahve been cleaning them out so far, had 33,000, and down t oaround 20,00, but it tkes so long, has anyone any solutions for a quick way? Sometimes when I do a mass amount, I get an error messagfe, and i ahve to shut it nad start agian...

I also have the same problem at eeyorerulz. I use ZoneAlarm as my firewall and I must get about 100 - 125 alerts a day - which is a pain. But even if I clean out my temp Internet files everyday - which takes forever- after I do my rewards I still get about 15000 a day.

Can anyone that is computer saavy help us! Or is this just the pain it will always be? Is there a faster way to clean up files? Is there a way to prevent the temp file from growing as large as it does, or is there a way to dump the Temp Internet file folder when we shut down?

I know nothing about this kind of thing and do not want to delete anything that I need.

I, and I am sure others. would appreicate any help.

After I do the search for them, I always click to assort them by file. For some reason, I have a few applications in there that shift around to the temp file. I then delete them in groups, but never more than 2 or 3 hundred at a time, or I freeze up. Also, to keep from getting so many, if you are using internet explorer, click on Tools, Internet Options, then look for Security, and click to dump temp internet files when the broswer is closed. It doesn't toss them all out, I still get about 1500 a day, but it is better than how it was.
