Am I the only one worried about the escalating violence?

According to cnn.com::

"Leaflets signed by the commander of the Israeli military were dropped over northern Gaza this morning, warning residents to "leave the area immediately" to ensure their safety...."

This does not sound good

No, I'm extremely worried

When I was in high school I remember one day in class everyone was talking about one day, millions of years from now, the Earth will be burnt up by the Sun and where the human race would be then. I think if something is not done about every country's relationship with another in this World that we will never exist by then. The amount of aggression and technological adavancement of weapons/bombs really scares me for everyone's safety in the future.

I would like to be optimistic and hope that it will get better.

I agree and would like to add, that while *I* can't fix it, I can prepare for it. Some extra food, funds, and emergency kits have given us comfort knowing that, in light of difficult times, our most basic needs will be met. I wish it would all just go away, but my magic wand is at the shop.

honestly not terribly worried, this stuff has been going on for thousands of years. I dont blame Israel and I believe that God will protect it.

Me either. While I loathe the violence, it is not going to ever end.

I gotta tell you, I think Hamas brought this on themselves by continuously killing innocent Israelis by launching rockets at them while they are going about their daily lives.
I would have built the wall a lot sooner than Israel did and I would have retaliated a lot sooner too.
