I got an e-mail update on Lorena Bobbit's family today:

In a recent news broadcast, it was announced that Lorena Bobbitt's sister Louella

Was arrested for an alleged attempt to perform the same act on her husband

as her famous sister had done several years ago.

Sources reveal the sister was not as accurate as Lorena.

She allegedly missed the target and stabbed her husband in the upper

thigh causing severe muscle and tendon damage.

The husband is reported to be in serious, but stable

condition, and Louella has been charged with ...

Okay, tell the dh I believe him. But that is putting a damper on my visit!


Damo I found some black flip flops while I was cleaning out the van tonight. I thought they were Ally's but maybe they are yours! Have a blast. Hope the dd enjoys being legal in the US.

Barb - Glad you are getting back to normal. Hope the dh gets to 100% soon. Sorry Bubba lost his game.

I really knew nothing about any of the health stuff either until the last year. We ate terribly, still don't do a great job but I am working on it. It is amazing what you can find out when you really care. Makes me sick to be putting medications into my children, especially knowing that a large portion of the ingredients in our medications comes from China. But you have to do what you have to until you find the alternatives that work. Hopefully I will be able to get Mikey off his asthma medications totally. Then maybe I can find a way to help CBean too.

Lawrence - hope you get better soon. I have allergies too, but fall and spring are worse (pollen and ragweed). Winter is pretty good for me as everything is dead.

Lori - does your sister have her own foot detox machine. What I found on the internet sites were $1,500? I am going to check around - I think some local spas probably do this.
