Well I gave up earlier. I couldn't get on the dis at all today. Thought I would try to hop on to say...
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!
Katie - I hope the codeine finally kicked in. Noticed that you called DF DH in a post!!!!!!
Rose - I will see what I can find too. You may even check on a dvc rental for a Sunday - Thursday. The points per night are so low if you can find someone with a decent price per point you might be able to stay in a pretty nice resort for about $100 per night at Disney. Just a thought.
Marcie - Glad you made it home safe and sound.
Barb - Good luck to Bubba!
Tricia - The boys will be the most adorable part of that wedding. Have I ever told you guys the story about Ally and her sister's wedding? If not I will, very cute!
lori - didn't know you had been to DL before! did u get your planner or dues statement yet, i haven't...guess i find out what they are when i balance my checking account & see the new ACH debit
Opened mail & found a $300 bill from orthodontist. States they "misjudged" final insurance payment. Think i'm going to contest it, already paid an overage of $200+ & the braces came off early June.

WWYD?
2nd Q - i'm not the scrapbooking sort. Finally got the vacation pics developed & in a large photo/scrap book. There's lots of room to write notations, etc. beside each photo/covering on paper. Is there a certain type of marker/pen I should use (sharpie?). Have a kit i bought a couple years ago, with stampers/stickers, etc...don't see any writing instruments though.
Yeah Janet we have been to DL twice. The first time was in 97 I think. The second time was in 2000. That one was actually Ally's very first trip to a Disney park. One day I will have to scan some pics from that trip.
I did get the dues statement but never did get my new guide book that was supposed to be here in December. Don't rememeber what the dues went up to but there is a thread in the dvc forums with all of them posted.
I absolutely love the Indian Jones ride there. Many people say it is the same as Dinosaur but I just don't agree with that, neither does the rest of my family. There is also a cute ride in Toon Town, Roger Rabbit's Cartoon Spin. We had lots of laughs on that one too.
I have to say that I would argue that dentist bill myself. We have had many issues with doctor bills that were part of a HMO that we had to really fight.
And I am not a scrap booker myself, I did think that they needed a special pen though to keep from damaging the pic but I may be totally off base.
I'm sure....for both arms and 3 legs
Not sure...will ask around at party tonite....
It really isn't all that bad considering:

A Carol update. Well, she worked on Saturday and she works again on Wednesday. That's the make sure she is on the payroll end of 2007/beginning of 2008 thing for insurance and benefits. Her next round of chemo starts January 7th. Right now she is feeling pretty good. It's been long enough since the last round that she's got some strength back and it's not close enough to the next round that she's worrying about it yet. We had a really good Christmas. She seemed to enjoy herself with everyone. Huge outing for her, she decided to go to the Falcons game yesterday. When she and Mom walked in to sit down, her section (all season ticket holders for years and years) gave her a standing ovation. How cool is that?
That is amazing! I am so happy for her. She deserved it all!
