metro - i'm dancin in the dark
, if i'm counting right on my fingers & toes; i was in process of signing the ink on divorce papers to that tune
this 'lil piggy went to market, this 'lil piggy stayed home - i'll be muttering that ditty the rest of the night lol. Found out DH has to double out whilst we were shopping @ noon (i.e. not coming home 'till 8:30 am manna!); stopped @ Applebees - onion soup & some chicken pasta - yum.
penny - thanks for the recap, i've got another crappy feeling about the Steelers this week

barb - i'm sorely lacking in kitchen gadgets (same crappy set of T-Fal for 15 years) never heard of a cookie stone...stoned again
rotf. I use martha stewarts from kitschy kmart, although i see she's upscale again @ Macys? Did pick up a new thermal pot coffee maker & block/set of kitchen knives (yep, picking out my own gifts again).
Sharon - Glad you had a good time too! At the risk of giving too much away, one of our goodies @ RPR was a bottle of Chardonnay. I lugged it on the cruise, sooo gross - couldn't get thru a 1/4 glass. DH scarfed it down & got tipsy thru dinner. 1st time the youngin ever say his pa buzzed. Said he was "glad Daddy's a happy drunk"

let them see how the other half rocks & rolls! Forgot to state, i told you the wrong room number...we had what i swear was the best view of the park (must find the # in my notes)...it was all the way down around the corner - an oddly shaped room, not quite rectangular/more narrow by the window? Would take it again in a flash. Just wondering, know they state the blackout dates for potential upgrading to suites for $35 p/n (of course the last weekend in Oct is one of the dates). Do you know if they ever allow it if by chance a suite is available? Wasn't sure if it would be gauche to ask @ check-in?
tricia - that's just awful for you around the holidays, believe DH took the donnatal once - watch it, he got knocked out & slept for a day. Really hope everything settles down for you before Xmas.

....uh...think "pizza stone" that is round and you use to put pizza on in your oven.... now, think same "stone" but rectangular.... The cookies don't burn on the stone and cook much more even....little crisp around the edges, and soft, chewy inside... 
Went to a Pampered Chef party years ago and a few 'raved' about the baking 'stone'...thought i'd give it a try.... I will never use a cookie sheet again...only the stone! It's great
