Well, back from the movies ... It was easy on the cheesy 3-D effects and had some seriously nasty gore plus they planted the seed for a sequel. All in all I must say it was pretty entertaining

DH was in car wreck yesterday...he's okay, car is total loss....

Glad to hear that hubby is okay ...

It is FRIDAY!!!

So that would make it the weekend tomorrow....more work on the basement, it is framed and DH is going to start the electrical!!!

Oh ya and the sunny weather is coming my way soon, well atleast I hope Cancun is going to be warm unlike Florida and their CRAZY weather !!

Maybe this will help everyone warm up...

Nope...not helping me warm up Altho, we're looking at close to 50 Saturday and 50+ on Sunday! I have no doubt friggin Mexico will be warmer than Fl... I'm sure you'll have a great trip!

Glad this weekend is going to be warm. We cleaned DH's car out yesterday and I swear it was single digit wind chill out there! We have to walk around and shop for a new car this weekend, and I wasn't looking forward to it in the first place, let alone in the freezing cold!

DH is in a deep Scottish weather and sick of work depression.

He has spent the last few days humming and hawing about life...

So to cheer himself up he has been looking to buy our park tickets for October.

He says it makes it more real !!

We need Disney and Dark side.

Daniel started running a fever night before last. When it got up to 103, even with Motrin, I hauled him to the doc as soon as they opened yesterday. A swab of the nose and a dunk in the test kit confirmed... the flu.

I got a call from the school nurse around noon yesterday to tell me that Joshua was running a fever. Yep, he's got it too.

We are all on Tamiflu. This is my first time catching the symptoms early enough to try it. According to Joshua, who has had just about every antibiotic and allergy med available, this is the bleechiest medicine EVER.

I am doing all I can to disinfect my house. I have washed everything I can wash and used Clorox wipes and sprayed Lysol on anything that didn't move. It is supposed to get into the upper 50s today, so hopefully I can open windows and air the place out for a few hours.

Sorry to hear the little ones are sick ... and if you want yucky medicine, try Buckley's cough syrup ...

Can some one tell me....what is strep??

With strep throat, there are other symptoms as well like red and white patches in the throat and difficulty swallowing, plus you often get a heck of a headache and often lose your appetite.
