I don't get people, I really don't.
Yesterday I took my boys to the pumpkin patch. I am *trying* to do something fun with them every once in awhile, something unique, as it's easy to get in a rut being pregnant and tired, and with my DH being gone with the military.
So we go, and have fun, and they pick out two smallish pumpkins and I pick out a beauty of a squash, weighing in at about 26 pounds. Wasn't cheap either.
I proudly display it on our front porch steps yesterday afternoon.
This morning I walk my older one out to get the bus and it's gone. Gone- gone. Not thrown in the street by stupid punks; someone either walked off with it or drove away with it!
I live on a very quiet street, at the dead end, which happens to be up a steep hill. There are about 10 houses here on the plateau and I know all of these people and there is only one kid I might be a little suspicious of....
Very sad, very annoying.
They did leave the two little pumpkins. Very odd.
