Someone stole my Mickey antena topper

I came out of work tonight, I work at the WL, and my stars and stripes Mickey antena topper was gone. How rude.

It seems alot of attenna toppers are disappearing lately. Did you have yours super glued? I don't have a topper but should have bought one for myself during my Disneyland trip.

Sorry to hear that. I've had my Micky Mouse baseball head on my antenna for about three months now. Before that I had my Santa Micky for a couple of months. My wife has had her Minnie Mouse for several months. Never touched. Sorry you lost yours, but I don't think it's reached epidemic proportions. And I hope it never does.

Never had one stolen. It's such a small cheap thing, but it would aggravate me to no end if it did happen. It's just the idea that someone would think to steal something so small.

I'm not sure about the wisdom if super-gluing. Most of the toppers I've gotten tend to start fading after a month. Anyone else have that problem?

True, Pooh's Pal. I was thinking maybe there's a shortage since Disney stores closed. But at WL???? No excuse for it disappearing. Unbelievable!

I had the same one on my van. Finally tossed it because it had definitely seen better days. I'll have to search for another one.

I actually take mine off when I go to the mall or the railroad parking lot....I just put it back on when I come back. It would never stay on if I left it on in those places..

I know just how you feel! We bought an Italian Flag topper at Epcot in April, and just a few weeks ago mine came up missing at a Wal-Mart parking lot...my DD8 noticed it first!

I'm waiting to find my support our troups ribbon magnet gone....I tell ya some people are LOW!....my mom had 3 ribbon magnets, 1 yellow, 1 flag, and 1 POW (my gfather is a POW), and one day she came out from a store and her POW ribbon magnet was gone..

I wish people would learn, that these $5 magnets go to care packages for troups overseas.....

Thank god I have a connection at the Legion, they're easier to replace than a topper!

I've had 2 mickey toppers stolen off my car. one was a plain black and one was mint green. So when I put the limegreen DIS topper on I didn't think it would stay long. But (knock on wood) it's still there! I figure not too many people around here know what a great place the DIS is. I don't glue them on. I don't want my antenna bent while they're trying to get it off.

I had one stolen last month. I've now replaced it. I knew it could happen, just never did before. It was on for 6mo's. I'd had others on before and never taken.

Sorry that happened! I am shocked it was right on WDW property though. Geez, hello...they were right there. Buy one for goodness sakes.

I had my black Mickey topper stolen a few months ago. Thankfully, my girlfriend got me the Sorcerer Mickey topper to replace it.

I had my Sorcerer antenna topper stolen over the 4th of July! And I had bought it at the parks too, boo hoo. Had to go to the Disney store and get a new one, got stars and stripes. As of now, that ones still there .....

I didn't super glue it on, I didn't know you could. I'm glad I didn't though because I would rather have the topper gone than a broken antena.

When I was buying a topper for a friend at Disneyland, the cast member told me to tell my friend to superglue it and she said it based on her own personal experience of having toppers dissappear on her.

My dh's cammoflage (sp) Mickey Antenna Topper was stolen off his SUV. He really loved that thing and thanks to a wonderful Dis'er he will have another one. You can't get them at the parks or stores anymore.....I know because I have tried all over trying to find one.

This is the type of antenna head I buy. It comes with an adapter which makes it REALLY hard to take off (DBF has to fight with my Minnie when it's time to put on my SantaMickey head!) If you don't typically change your antenna head, this might be a good investment for you. I know I've never had one stolen in 3 1/2 years.

I know how you feel. My wife cleaned out her Xterra in our apartment parking lot. She put her floor mats on the roof and went up into the apartment to get something. When she came out someone stole her mats. You have to be careful these days there are crooks everywhere.

I have had the Mickey baseball head on my antenna a few months now and so far it has stayed put. How terrible of people to think it is ok to snap a Mickey head off someone else's car! How can their conscience allow them to put it on their own antenna?

And right there in the WL parking lot. Unbelievable!
