Someone pls claim this autograph pg DISign!?

Of course I can't post an image. Hopefully a description will work. I'm looking at the Donald Duck one in particular, but all follow suit.

Donald is on the left. The background is blue with a large white oval in the center for the autograph space. In the lower right corner is the Playhouse Disney logo (MM ears) with the character's name in one of the ears (obviously DD in this case). Does this sound familiar to anyone? Thanks!!!
